Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10 · Effective 2026-10-03
This policy explains what information this site collects, why it collects it, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.
1. Information collected
Account information: your phone number or email address (used to sign in and to recover the account), your username and display name, and the avatar and bio you choose to fill in.
Location: when you register, the site infers your country and city from your network location (IP address) and fills them into your profile, which is used to show where works come from by region; you can change this in Settings at any time, or reduce how precisely it is shown.
Content you submit: product information, media files, and the reviews and Q&A you post on the site.
Usage information: access logs (IP address, time, pages visited, browser identifier), used for troubleshooting and preventing abuse.
2. How it is used
Your phone number and email address are used only for identity verification, account security notices and important notices from this site; they are not used to send you marketing unrelated to the site.
Your phone number and email address are not shown to other users and are not included in the site's public interfaces. What other users can see is only your username, display name, avatar, bio and the products you submitted.
Access logs are kept for 90 days and then aggregated into statistics that contain no personal identifiers.
3. Sharing with others
The only data the site provides through its public interfaces is the public information of listed products (the scope is set out in section 2 of the Terms of Service); no account's contact details are included.
The site does not give your personal information to third parties except in these cases: you have explicitly agreed; it is necessary to provide the service (for example SMS and email delivery providers, cloud storage and content delivery providers); or it is required by law or lawfully demanded by a judicial authority.
4. Your rights
You can view and change your account information in Settings at any time, unlist or delete the products you submitted from your dashboard, or close your account. How long a deleted product is kept in the back office, why it is kept and when it is permanently deleted are set out in section 3 of the Terms of Service.
When you close your account, the site deletes your account information (phone number, email address, avatar, bio, social links) and private data (bookmarks, follows, the reviews you posted), and revokes every ownership verification under your name. Private messages and comments you sent remain on the recipient's side, shown as from a "deleted user". Your username is retained and not released for anyone else to register, so that old links do not point to someone else.
For products you submitted that are already listed, you choose when closing the account: by default they are unlisted along with it; you can instead choose to keep them, in which case they are no longer credited to you, are shown as from a "deleted user", and others can take them over through the claim process. Unlisted products and deleted content are subject to the same back-office retention rules, and the site will not restore them outside the three cases described above.
If you want to export your data, or have questions about this policy, you can reach the site through the contact details on the page.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. It does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Third-party products
The products listed on this site are provided and operated by third parties, each with its own privacy policy. Information you give those products when you visit, download or use them through links on this site is handled by the third party under its own privacy policy, is not covered by this policy, and the site is not responsible for how it is handled. Please read their privacy policy before using them.
7. Changes to this policy
The site may amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in its business or in laws and regulations. The amended version and its effective date are published on this page and take effect on publication; the site does not notify users individually. Material changes to the purposes or methods of processing personal information, or to the types of information collected, are announced separately before they take effect, and your consent is sought again where the law requires it.
