Terms of Service

Version 2026-10 · Effective 2026-10-03

These terms set out the rights and obligations of both sides when you use this site and when you submit a product or work to it. Before submitting a product you need to read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What you submit

You keep full copyright in what you submit. This site does not claim ownership of it.

You must ensure that you are the author of, or a participant in, the product or work, or that you have the rights holder's permission; and that what you submit does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights. Submissions in the design work category require a separate originality declaration.

You must not submit any of the following products or content: pornographic or vulgar content; content promoting violence, terrorism or extremism; anything involved in, or providing tools for, gambling, fraud, drugs, firearms or other criminal activity; content that violates the fundamental principles of the Constitution, endangers national security, undermines ethnic unity, or promotes cults or superstition, or otherwise violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China; viruses, trojans or other malicious code, or software intended to steal or misuse other people's information; and any other content that violates the law, public order or good morals.

2. The licence you grant this site

So that this site can display, index and distribute your content, you grant this site a non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to: display your content on this site and in each of its language versions; index it to support on-site search; and provide it to third parties through the site's public interfaces, including an application programming interface (API) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

The licence covers: the product name, the tagline and full description, highlights and scope notes, frequently asked questions, categories and tags, the media files you upload, and the builder information you choose to make public.

The licence does not cover: your private contact details, on-site private messages, or drafts that have not yet passed review and been listed.

To display the above in different languages, this site may translate, summarise and reformat it. Translations are labelled as such, and you can correct them at any time.

3. Withdrawal

You can unlist or delete a product you submitted at any time from your dashboard. Once unlisted, the site stops showing the product, and you can restore it yourself whenever you like.

Once deleted, the site stops showing the product, stops providing its data through the public interfaces, and marks the product as deleted in those interfaces so that third parties can remove it in turn. Copies that third parties obtained before you deleted it cannot be recalled by this site.

Deleted content is kept in the site's back office for up to 90 days and is not shown to any user during that period. It is kept only for three purposes: a restore request from you (for example after an accidental deletion); handling a complaint, dispute or rights claim related to the product; and a requirement of law or of a competent authority. Outside these cases the site will not put your deleted content back online. When the retention period ends, the site permanently deletes it from the production systems.

After you delete a product or close your account, this site may list that product again in the platform's own name using information available from public sources, so that other users can keep finding it. Such listings do not use the original copy or media files you submitted, are not credited to you, and always offer the rights holder a way to have them taken down: ask through the site's "Contact us" page and the site will take the listing down unconditionally.

4. Review

Every submission is reviewed by a person before it is listed; nothing is approved automatically. Every edit after listing is reviewed in the same way; while the review is pending the product stays online and readers see the last approved version.

The site may decline or unlist content that does not meet its listing standards, including but not limited to: pure marketing pages that are not a product or work; infringing content; content containing unlawful information; and repeated submissions made to inflate numbers. A reason is given whenever a submission is declined.

For products or content that violate the prohibitions in section 1, the site may unlist or delete them directly without notifying the submitter or maintainer, and may restrict or suspend the accounts involved depending on the severity. Where a crime is suspected, the site will keep the relevant records as required by law and report to the competent authorities.

The site exercises reasonable care in review, but review is limited to the information provided at submission and what is publicly visible, and cannot guarantee that every problem is found. For example, how a product actually behaves once installed or run, new versions released after submission, and later changes to what external links point to may all be beyond what review can verify. Passing review does not mean the site gives any guarantee as to a product's legality, safety, accuracy or quality.

5. Disclaimer

The products and works listed on this site are submitted by their authors, maintainers or rights holders, or listed by the site from publicly available information; each is developed, operated and answered for independently by its own provider. The site only provides display, search and navigation, and takes no part in developing, selling, distributing or operating these products.

You should judge the risks for yourself before downloading, installing, buying or using a third-party product, or visiting an external link on a page. Any dispute, loss or other problem arising with the product's provider is for you and that provider to resolve; the site is not liable for it, and will cooperate to the extent required by law.

If you find that a product is infringing, unlawful, unsafe or inaccurately described, you can tell the site through the report option or the "Contact us" page. The site will deal with it promptly after verification.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Contact the site immediately if you find your account has been taken over.

The site may restrict accounts that engage in abuse, including lowering the credit score, limiting submission frequency and, ultimately, suspending the account.

7. Changes to these terms

The site may amend these terms at any time to reflect changes in its business or in laws and regulations. The amended version and its effective date are published on this page and take effect on publication; the site does not notify users individually. Material changes to your main rights and obligations (for example, widening the scope of the data licence in section 2) are announced by on-site notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after the new version takes effect counts as acceptance; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the site and close your account.

If the scope of the data licence in section 2 is widened, the wider scope does not apply retroactively to content you submitted earlier: that content continues to be provided under the version you agreed to when you submitted it, and the new version applies to content you submit after the change takes effect.
